Huntington Park Apartments, a 212 unit garden-style apartment complex located at 8550 E. Speedway, which had been successfully managed by the property management division of Romano Real Estate for the past 25 years, was sold by Romano Real Estate Corporation to a Greenrock Huntington LLC on December 17, 2020 for $17.2 million. Romano Real Estate Corporation represented the seller in the transaction.
