Bruce Romano

- Designated Broker and President of Romano Real Estate Corporation.
- Thirty five (35) years of real estate asset management, property management and commercial real estate experience.
- Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation - Institute of Real Estate Management, 1980
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Degree and Bachelor Degrees in both Business and Economics, East Carolina University
- 1993 President of the Tucson - Southern Arizona Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and past Board member.
- 1985 Chairman of the Board of the Arizona MultiHousing Association and past Board member for 20 years.
John G. Yarborough
VICE PRESIDENT / COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE
Although not a native, John has lived in Tucson since 1974. In 1990 he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona while double majoring in Finance and Real Estate. After graduating, John began his commercial real estate career with a focus on the leasing and sales of office and retail buildings.
John joined Romano Real Estate Corporation in March of 1996, and has his expanded his focus to include representing sellers and buyers of investment properties. Since 2000, John and David Carroll have worked as a team and have completed over 1,200 transactions.
John has been married to his wife Joy for 28 years. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time golfing, hiking and spending time with Joy, their sons and extended family, and his dogs.
David Carroll
COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE
David has been in the commercial real estate market since 2000 specializing in retail, office and investment property. David prides himself on always placing the client first and delivering results that set him apart. David has enjoyed working in both Tucson and Phoenix representing property owners in both markets. David has consistently been a Costar Power Broker over the years and most recently became an Associate Broker with Romano Real Estate. Most importantly David has been married to his wife Tanya for 22 years and they are the proud parents of Jonathan, Joshua and Caroline.
